What this site is

Skala Convert provides free unit conversion tools for general reference. It is offered as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Accuracy

The conversion factors used here come from the internationally defined values — one inch is exactly 0.0254 metres, one pound is exactly 0.45359237 kilograms, and so on. Results are rounded for display, so a figure shown here may differ in the final decimal places from one calculated at higher precision.

Do not rely on this site where an error would matter. For medical dosing, engineering tolerances, legal or financial figures, structural calculations, aviation, or navigation, verify the result against an authoritative source appropriate to that field. We accept no liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of these results.

Availability

The site may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice. Converters, units, and pages may be added or removed.

Acceptable use
