Contact
The fastest way to reach us is email:
There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate: a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, which is something this site avoids doing.
We read everything and usually reply within five business days.
Reporting a wrong result
This is the message we most want to receive. To let us reproduce the problem, please include:
- the page URL, for example
skalaconvert.com/length/inches-to-cm/ - the exact value you entered
- the result you got and the result you expected
- the source you are comparing against, if you have one
Put Report a problem in the subject line. Factor errors are corrected as a priority, and the page carries a revision date once it has been checked.
Suggesting a conversion or a feature
Tell us which conversion you were looking for and, if you can, the context — cooking, workshop, travel, study. Knowing why a conversion is needed shapes the examples we write into the page. Subject line: Suggestion.
Other enquiries
Licensing, embedding a converter, press, or anything else: same address, plain subject line.
